About 2024 Annual Appeal

What a year! Thanks to the ongoing generosity of supporters like you, the East Hampton Historical Society -

  • Initiated the restoration of the Mulford Farmhouse to interpret the American Revolution in East Hampton.
  • Broke ground on our new state-of-the-art Collections Storage Center to house our collection of nearly 20,000 artifacts.
  • Stewarded five historic properties – Clinton Academy (which includes the Town House and Hook Schoolhouse), the Dominy Shops, East Hampton Town Marine Museum, Moran Studio, and Mulford Farm – and made them accessible to thousands of visitors annually.
  • Partnered with other nonprofits, schools, and local government to dramatically increase our programming.
  • Teaching cultural and natural history to over 5,000 students.
  • Presented our 15th year of Marine Explorers at the Marine Museum and Amagansett Life Saving Station Museum.
  • Developed opportunities for visitors to engage with the past using digital technology.

To continue keeping the past present in East Hampton, we need your help! Please make a gift to the Historical Society today!
